We are looking for Ground Staff who will do the following roles:
Assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates.
Handle customer queries, travel doents, and flight information.
Provide support during boarding and deplaning.
Manage luggage handling, tagging, and coordination.
Ensure safety, security, and smooth airport operations.
Coordinate with airline teams, security, and airport authorities.
Assist passengers with special needs (elderly, disabled, children).

Previous airport or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Basic computer skills.
Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and in shift schedules.
Physically fit and able to sta for long hours.
