Job Description

Finance Manager - NIMS Group
The role is to head the finance operations for the NIMS Group in the UAE.
Business includes diverse operations with the central operations being into the field of Education besides, Transport, Supplies etc
Role will report directly to the Senior Management.
Profile will include key finance functions such as:
Financial Planning and Analysis.
Strategic Planning.
Forecasting and Budgeting.
Financial reporting and MIS.
Ensuring monthly and yearly financial statements and reports.
Receivable & Payable Management and Cash Flow Management.
Budgeti & Management Accounts of projects.
Investment appraisals and capital budgets for new projects and investments.
Internal audits to ensure compliance with external audit guidelines.
Costing and Risk Mitigation.
Compliance for existing and new taxes in the UAE.
Leading, managing, training and developing the Finance & Accounts Team.
Developing and implementing internal processes, controls and systems.
Discussion and negotiations with Banks and other service providers.
Streamline the financial and accounting processes, reports and doentations for all the entities of the group.
Train and develop the current accounting teams to be updated with the latest financial and accounting standards and financial policies & procedures.
Ensure that the accounting and financial processes are updated on a regular basis.
Update the Senior Management with timely, regular and updated reports, analysis and data on a regular basis.
Streamline the various operational, financial and accounting processes for greater efficiency and productivity across the group.
Assist the management with critical financial analysis for decision making on projects investment etc.
Provide financial advises to the management on personal and corporate level investment opportunities.
Ensure accounting and financial processes of the entire group to be in accordance with the local accounting and financial governing frameworks.
Requirements and skills
•Proven experience as a Financial Manager
•Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
•Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
•Proficient user of finance software
•Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Able to manage, guide and lead the finance team to ensure compliance with financial processes.
•A solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles
•Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
•Full time qualification in Finance and Accounting
•Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary from AED. 12,000 to AED.15,000 as per proven expertise and experience
One BHK furnished accommodation + official transportation
Annual leave and leave salary.
