Fortis Gym is looking for experienced and motivated Fitness Trainers to join our team. We are specifically looking for high-quality candidates who can deliver great training sessions and maintain a professional standard at all times.
Requirements:•Must have previous experience as a fitness trainer or personal trainer•Strong knowledge of strength training, conditioning, and proper exercise techniques•Ability to train clients of different fitness levels and create effective, personalized programs•Confident in correcting form and ensuring safe training practices•Good communication skills and a professional attitude•Fitness certifications (ACE, ISSA, REPs, etc.) and C Aid are a strong advantage•Familiarity with all common gym equipment
Responsibilities:•Coaching members safely and professionally during their sessions•Creating customized training plans and monitoring client progress•Demonstrating correct exercise form and providing clear guidance•Maintaining a positive, clean, and motivating gym environment
