Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout programs.
Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
Guide clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
Offer support and encouragement to all gym members.
Ensure the safety of all members during training sessions.
