Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and experienced Freelance Gymnastics & Yoga Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics and yoga sessions to our guests and members, catering to a variety of skill levels and age groups. The coach will play a key role in promoting fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct gymnastics and yoga classes for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels (majorly children).
Create engaging and effective class routines that cater to the needs of participants.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes.
Provide personalized coaching and support to help participants achieve their fitness goals.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all members and guests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gymnastics and yoga techniques, trends, and best practices.
Assist in the development and promotion of fitness programs and events.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
Certified Yoga Instructor a Certified Gymnastics Coach.
Proven experience in coaching gymnastics and yoga to various age groups and skill levels.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and practices in gymnastics and yoga.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
Flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends and holidays.
