## Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Hair Dresser to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hairstyling, beauty trends, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The Hair Dresser will provide premium hair care services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional hair consultations to understand clients' preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
* Perform precision haircuts, blow-dries, styling, coloring, highlighting, balayage, bleaching, toning, and other advanced hair services.
* Deliver premium hair treatments, including keratin, protein, deep conditioning, and scalp care services.
* Ensure every client receives exceptional, personalized service in a luxurious and welcoming environment.
* Recommend and promote professional hair care products to support clients' ongoing hair health.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and luxury beauty industry standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve service excellence and business goals.
* Assist in maintaining salon presentation, inventory, and professional standards.
## Required Skills
* Excellent haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
* Strong knowledge of luxury hair care products and treatments.

## Qualifications
* Professional Hairdressing or Cosmetology certification.

* Knowledge of current fashion trends and advanced coloring techniques.
* Certification in hair treatments and chemical services is an advantage.
