Experien Required:
· Application of Powder Coat to Steel & Aluminum parts
· Cleaning methodologies, techniques, and processes in a production environment
· Set up of Optimal Batch size and production flow
· Development of Processes and procedures to meet weekly production goals.
· Minimum Requirements:
· Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools
· Must have experience with Hard Powder Coating finishing with little or no assistance
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must not be afraid of heavy lifting and hard work
