We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Head Chef at our vibrant establishment. As a Head Chef, you'll play a crucial role in our team, overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence to create an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities and duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained at all times
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations in Qatar
Develop new recipes that meet quality standards
Collaborate with management and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and manage budget for kitchen supplies and ingredients
Source and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients.
Qualifications
Specialized in Fried Chicken
Preferably Southeast Asians that have experience in Korean cuisines, or are interested in exploring Korean cuisines
Proven working experience in a restaurant or cafe
Food Handling Certificate
A genuine love for Korean cuisine and culture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Compensations
Salary Range: QAR 5,000 - QAR 6,000 per month
Commission based on monthly earnings
