Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Nurse to lead our nursing team at a reputable medical centre in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, ensure high standards of patient care, and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the nursing team.
Ensure excellent patient care and compliance with clinical standards.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor performance.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and infection control policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing doentation.
Manage medical supplies and support quality improvement initiatives.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid DOH Licen (D transferability is an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or Head Nurse role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in a medical centre or hospital setting.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
