Clear Water Technical Services LLC is looking for the Head of Accounting for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports and statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Must have Minimum 3 years experience, preferably UAE

Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing the accounting team of 2 direct reports
Leading the accounting function, taking full responsibility for all statutory reporting and accounting, year-end audits, monthly management reporting and tax compliance
Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices against terms of payment and agreement and confirm that the correctness of invoices
Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule
Reconcile vendors’ accounts on a periodic manner in order to avoid any disputes
Respond to all payment related enquiries of vendors according to company financial policy and procedures
Disburse employee related payment
Whistle blowing – Highlight any significant financi mismanagement
Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure easily available information
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Leading the annual budget process working actively with all departments and presenting to the Managing Director
Driving the continuous development and implementation of financial reporting processes and systems to drive improved timeliness and accuracy of data
Required Skills
Qualified accountant
3 years experience
Hands-on style with a strong eye for detail and the ability to operate independently
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with inter-department teams
Experience of leading and developing individuals, setting a tone of finance best practice
