Arabian Explorers is seeking an experienced Head of Operations & MICE to join its team in Muscat, Oman. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day business operations, lead the planning and execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) projects, coordinate with local suppliers, international clients, and business partners, ensure the successful delivery of client programs, manage project budgets and timelines, maintain high operational standards, and drive operational excellence across all travel and event activities.
