Lead and manage region sales teams, setting performance targets and KPIs.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective penetration and expansion.
Oversee the development of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Drive sales process improvements, CRM adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tech tools.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
