Start-up e-commerce company is seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing. Salary is dependent on the right candidate but there is potential to earn more based on incentives and targets.
Activities
- Lead a team of Sales & Marketing Executives
- Drive the growth of new customers and retail partners
- Devise and implement marketing strategies to achieve the required growth.
- Ensure the Sales & Marketing team is appropriately resourced
- Maintain contacts in the market to ensure awareness of competitors activities and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Set appropriate goals and targets for the Sales & Marketing team and closely monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Recommend and monitor appropriate advertising campaigns.
- Qualifications – minimum of Bachelors Degree
- Fluent in Arabic and English both spoken and written. One other language may be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Qatar retail market at least two of which should have been in a senior position.
- Proven track record of growing sales and customer engagement.
- Strong portfolio of contacts at senior levels amongst retailers in Qatar.
- Must have team leadership experience.
- Organised and target driven.
- Local hire preferred.
