Job Summary:
The Head of Student Experience (Cross Campus) is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall student experience across multiple campuses. This role ensures that all students, regardless of campus, receive consistent support, engagement opportunities, and a high-quality academic and social experience. The position requires leadership in managing student affairs, identifying trends, resolving issues, and promoting a positive and enriching learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Experience Management
•Oversee Cross-Campus Student Affairs:
oAct as the central point of contact for all student-related issues across multiple campuses (Undergraduate, Postgraduate and EMBA).
oEnsure a consistent and unified student experience across campuses in collaboration with local student services teams.
•Enhance Student Engagement and Experience:
oDevelop and implement programs to increase student satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
oConduct regular cross-campus surveys and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improving the student experience.
2. Issue Resolution and Support
•Student Issue Validation:
oEngage with students directly through meetings, forums, and town halls to understand their concerns.
oValidate issues by sitting in on classes and interacting with faculty to ensure students are supported academically and socially.
•Manage Course Withdrawals:
oIdentify and address reasons behind course withdrawals and work on retention strategies.
oCollaborate with relevant departments (academics, career services, etc.) to provide solutions to mitigate student attrition.
3. Faculty and Academic Coordination
•Faculty Feedback:
oCollect and analyze feedback from faculty on student performance, engagement, punctuality, and preparation.
oImplement initiatives to address performance gaps and support students in academic improvement.
•Classroom Observations:
oAttend predetermined classes (at least 3 per week) to validate student performance and monitor engagement, especially at the postgraduate level.
4. Student Networking and Mentorship
•Foster Student Networking Opportunities:
oEncourage cross-campus student interaction through events, workshops, and initiatives that promote mingling and collaboration.
•Mentorship Programs:
oMentor students in both academic projects and professional development, providing guidance for internships, capstone projects, and beyond.
oEstablish a student mentor network to assist new students in their transition across campuses.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
•Data Collection:
oMaintain a log of student issues, feedback, and action plans.
oCollate data on cross-campus trends, challenges, and performance metrics for reporting to senior management.
•Reporting and Trend Analysis:
oPrepare regular reports on student engagement, satisfaction levels, and retention across campuses.
oIdentify emerging issues or areas for improvement based on data analysis and propose strategic interventions.
6. Event Representation and Workshops
•Cross-Campus Events:
oRepresent the institution at regional and international roadshows (1 per term) to showcase student life and recruit prospective students.
•Workshop Facilitation:
oConduct student workshops (2 per term) on professional development, academic success, and well-being across multiple campuses.
7. Disciplinary and Policy Management
•Disciplinary Action:
oParticipate in cross-campus disciplinary meetings with Deans and management to address student conduct and resolve any behavioral issues.
•Policy Development:
oWork with student affairs and other departments to develop and update policies that support student well-being and success.

oRepresent the school at external events and roadshows to raise awareness and attract prospective students.
Requirements:
•Education:
oMaster’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
•Experience:
oMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in student affairs or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
oExperience working in a multi-campus or international higher education institution is a plus.
