Global Capital Market Limited is based and licensed out of Labuan FSA, Malaysia for providing Prize winning Robust Platform to individual and corporate clients both to trade over 200+ financial products from the International Financial Market within the Company’s targeted market of predominantly foreign individu investors located across the world interested in online trading of financial instruments.
We are looking for a Head of Sales to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Sales Team. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Responsibilities
Generate revenue and expand the retail and partnership in the Forex, Gold, and CFDs business through several online and offline channels and an active personal client database.
Meet clients, present, and explain the company’s products, support the process of meetings targets, and equip management with market feedback.
Establish and maintain business relationships with all clients to ensure long-term retention and build a network of future prospects.
Identify and network with existing and future clients, generate business for existing accounts, achieve profitability, and increase sales growth.
Analyze marketing trends and track competitor activities, provide valuable input to fine-tune operations and strategies, and attend industry events to network and market the company.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields
At least 3 years’ experience within the FX industry in a similar role
Well-developed interpersonal skills, technical writing, and verbal communication skills.
Proven negotiation techniques and an excellent closer.
Robust ability in building and maintaining relationships.
Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
Possess strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal management skills.
Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills
Requirements
Graduate
Experience in Forex and CFDs is an advantage

Salary: AED10,000 – AED150,000 per month
