Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Female Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting with various tasks as required. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Organize and maintain office filing systems (both physical and digital).
Support with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Assist in the coordination of weekly events and activities.
Other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, Bangla will be added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidates (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi) are preferred for this position.
