Requirements
1. Technici
responsible for performing basic to intermediate level diagnostic and repair services on vehicles. This role involves working under the supervision of more experienced technicians and adhering to company and industry standards.

3) Computer diagnosis
4) Complex electrical diagnosis
2. Driver
• Safely transport vehicles to and from customer locations and the shop.
• Deliver parts and supplies as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after transportation.
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately.
3. Painter
Paint and Body Tech 1 performs basic to intermediate level bodywork and painting tasks. This role involves preparing vehicles for painting and performing minor body repairs.
Perform advanced body repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
• Apply paint with precision to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Mentor and assist Paint and Body Tech 1.
• Keep updated on the latest paint technologies and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
4.Foreman
The Foreman oversees the daily operations of the shop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves managing the team and coordinating tasks.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all technicians and helpers.
• Ensure all work is performed to industry and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and completed jobs.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
5.Helper
The Helper supports technicians by aiding with various tasks around the shop. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the automotive repair industry.
Assist technicians with basic tasks, such as fetching tools and parts.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Help with vehicle preparation and final inspection.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
