Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status during home visits.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experienced Nursing Professional: Minimum of Eligibility to attain License in DOH as RN Nurse and Practical Nurse
Valid nursing license from the Department of Health (DOH) in the UAE.
Proficient in clinical skills, including wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
Knowledge of home healthcare practices and regulations.
DOH Licen Eligibility
Minimum 2 to 10 Years of Experience
