Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Hospitality Assistant to support the daily operations of our luxury private beachfront property in Umm Al Quwain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest service, and maintaining high property standards.
You will work closely with the owner to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience and that the property is always maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations and booking calendar.
Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay.
Coordinate guest check-in and check-out.
Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness meets company standards.
Conduct daily property inspections.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, MEP, landscaping, pool, and external contractors.
Report maintenance issues and follow up until completed.
Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
Ensure all guest facilities are operational and presentation-ready.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare simple daily operational reports.
Assist with improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in hospitality, holiday homes, hotels, or guest accommodation is preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and solve problems.
Comfortable supervising contractors and service providers.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email; booking systems are a plus).
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
