Job Description: Ho
1)Meet and greet guests and escort them to their designated tables with atmost professional manner.
2)To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform.
3)Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
4)Manage the CRM system for bookings and guest information’s.
5)Provide menus to the guests and introduce Wait name.
6)Coordinate with waiter staff about available seating options.
7)Ensure complete and consistent cleanliness of the ho area.
8)Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly, handicapped)
9)Answer incoming cal and address customers’ queries.
10)Schedule reservation for guests both in person and over the phone.
11)Thank clients for their patronage when they are leaving.
12)Assist wait staff as needed.
13)Communicate with superviso of the Departme He on any issue related to customers.

Qualifications:
•At least 1 year experience in similar role

•Age Limit – up to 30 yrs.
Salary Package: AED 3000 to AED 7000 plus attractive incentives
