We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Office Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and responsible for delivering excellent customer service while handling front desk operations efficiently business bay Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest records
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree is a plus)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems (training provided)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
