Job Description:
We are in search of a dynamic and talented Manager to oversee all aspects of our London Heathrow Multicuisine Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in managing a diverse culinary team and delivering exceptional customer service. As the Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards, achieving revenue targets, and providing an extraordinary guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all operational aspects of London Heathrow Multicuisine Hotel, including dining services, guest experience, staffing, and financial performance.
Ensure the hotel maintains exceptional quality standards in service, cleanliness, and food preparation across all cuisines.
Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators, financial reports, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.
Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Oversee menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to control expenses and maintain profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and local laws.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Stay updated with industry trends, new culinary techniques, and emerging cuisines to continuously enhance London Heathrow Multicuisine Hotel's offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a multicuisine hotel or similar establishment.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong knowledge and understanding of various cuisines, culinary trends, and food service operations.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Solid financial aen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding guest experience.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Possession of a valid Kuwaiti driving license is essential.
