We are looking Front Desk Receptionist with hotelier exeperience in same field / sales. Job description is below
The Front Desk Receptionist is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all our hotel’ policies.
Provide upscale service experiences for Guest throughout their stay
Ensure Guest are properly greeted upon their arrival
Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
Actively listen to and resolve complaints
Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
Liaise with Housekeepers and Wait Staff to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.
Other duites assisgn by the superior / management.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a Hot.
Excellent command of English, and Arabic is an advantage.
Must be computer literate.
Knowledge in Opera PMS.
With Transferable Visa and can Join immediately.
