Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Maintain guest records and update the system accurately.
Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage billing procedures.
Assist guests with directions, hotel information, and service requests.
Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
