Post :- House Manag Manager
Candidate should be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a private residen.
Qualification:- The candidate should hold relevant education or training in Hospitality Management or previous experience in a similar role and should possess strong organisational skills.
The candidate should maintain discretion and secrecy at all times.
Candidate should hold valid transferable residency (Driving license would greatly influence the eligibility criteria).
The shortlisted candidate should be willing to join immediately.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
• Household Management : The house manager is responsible for the overall management of the household including staff supervision, scheduling and coordination of household activities.
• Staff Supervision : The candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing domestic staffs such as Housekeepers, Chefs, Gardeners, Nannies and Drivers.
• Property Maintenance : All types of repairs, renovation, maintenance and lawn upkeep should be completed in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management : The candidate should be able to organize,record and update on a daily basis any household inventory such as fine art, antiques and consumables.
• Event planning : The candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events hosted by the homeowner, including dinner and social events.
• Security: Safety and security of the property and its occupants is of paramount importance. The manager will be responsible for security screening and checks.
• Personal Assistance : The candidate should be able to assist the requests of the homeowner and it’s occupants in a timely manner.
• Record keeping : The candidate should keep detailed records of household activities, expenses and maintenance.
• Management : Coordinating and overseeing relationships with contractors, service providers and vendors who work on the property.
