We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout our facilities, ensuring a positive guest experience. The Housekeeping Attendant will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of cleanliness and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing in designated areas.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless and well-maintained.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure guest rooms are neat and tidy.
Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate supervisor.
Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
