ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor all cleaning chemicals and machinery allocated in each boutique
2. Supervise all the Boutiques, residential department, commercial department, F&B locations, retails, and so on
3. Monitor all the areas if cleaned as per company standard
4. Establish and maintain staff schedules
5. Maintain staff attendance logs and do a daily worksheet and KPI’s for submission to the Operation Manager every week
6. Monitor staffs hygiene such as uniforms, aprons, bags, shoes, haircut, nails, accessories
7. Handle all client queries, complaints, and comments to ensure client satisfaction in a timely manner
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Previous experience in a cleaning environment
2. Have complete knowledge of how to operate all cleaning equipment and machinery
3. Be creative and alternative thinking to develop new ideas and answer work-related problems
4. Be pleased with staffs on the job and displaying a good-natured, co-operative attitude
5. Basic office skills and good interpersonal skills
6. Good command of written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essentials
7. Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
8. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management
