A reputable company in Downtown Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure cleanliness standards, and provide an exceptional guest and staff experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms, public areas, and offices.
Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff for optimal productivity.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain high-quality service and cleanliness.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements as needed.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Prepare reports on housekeeping performance and staff attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented.
