Checks and proofreads correspondence, reports and other documents to ensure accuracy and complete documentation prior to signature or initial of the concerned department head.
Maintains supervisor's calendar of scheduled appointments, conferences and meetings.
Arranges meeting, prepares agenda and minutes of meeting
Prepares correspondence from short notes or verbal instructions.
Receives mail, identifies priority, and routes all mail as appropriate and maintains log for control purposes
Reviews, edits and prepares documents for supervisor signature.
Handles and maintains confidential correspondences and reports.
Receives and handles a variety of telephone calls and faxes.
Takes dictation and types a wide range of memos, letters and related documents.
Maintains and files company’s memorandums, circulars, reports, polices and procedures …etc.
Provides feedback via e-mail to supervisor on daily activities and actions
Handles all travel and accommodation arrangements for supervisor, company's guests and sales teams.
Assists other divisions as and when needed.
Maintains and controls office's petty cash and other expenses.
Maintains supervisor & own office equipment.
Follows up branch's governmental processing in coordination with government relations section.
Performs any other related secretarial functions as directed by his supervisor.
