Job Description

• At least 3 years experience in the same field.
• Excellent in maintaining a comprehensive employee database.
• Efficient in resourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes based
on desired skills and experience.
• Strict in implementing company rules and policy.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office.
• Must be flexible to perform the duties as a Social Media Creator.
• Must be willing to learn and handle hands-on Visa Processing
thru Smart Channel System.
• Ability to finish the tasks on time and cooperate with the team.
• Must be experienced in processing of all employees visa and
labor cards in coordination with the PRO.
(New/Renew/Cancellation).
• Must be willing to accept additional tasks from the management.
• Focused and excellent in multi-tasking and time management.
