HR-Assistant


Candidate Requirements

“A well reputed Indian School is looking to employ a dynamic HR Assistant with excellent English-speaking skills, efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility”

Responsibilities: -

 Supports human resource processes by, HR related inquiries or requests.
 Maintains digital and Physical records of employees.
 Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
 Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, administering tests, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts and conducting orientation
 Maintain calendars of HR management team.
 Assist with management procedures.
 Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
 Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
 Generate and submit reports on general HR activities.
 Process payroll collecting time and attendance records.
 Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
 Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
 Handling personnel administration by processing visas, securing Ministry approval, residence renewal, etc.

Requirements & Skills:

 Exposure to Kuwait Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
 Effective HR administration and people management skills.
 Exposure to payroll practices.
 Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
 Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to follow instructions accurately.
 Ability to accomplish assignments within deadlines to the best of ability.

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
Experience: - 2 years of experience in HR department (essential).
Language skills: - English & Arabic
Nationality: - Any National
Gender: - Female
Visa status: - Transferable
Salary: - Negotiable
