We are looking to hire HR Assistant who can join Immediately. Candidate must be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Organize, compile, update records and doentation.
· Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
· Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled report·
· Carry out any another general administration and assistant duties.
· Order office supplies
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an HR Assistant·
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task·
· Attention to detail and problem solving·
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills ·
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power point)
· Working knowledge of office equipment.
