Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who is fluent in Chinese to join our dynamic HR team at Legend Digital. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and doentation.
Employee Relations:

Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving employee issues.
Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
Compliance and Policies:

Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in conducting HR audits and identifying areas for improvement.
HR Administration:

Prepare HR-related doents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Maintain employee files and records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
Proven experience in an HR coordination or administrative role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
