Job Description

• Ensure consistency of plans with best practices, objectives, and compliance with Labor Law and Saudization programs.
• Contribute in identifying and recruiting key talent for the company.
• Oversee the development of annual HR workforce plan, budget, recruitment requirements and succession plan.
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate for employees & regular feedback on performance to the Management.
• Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports.
• Oversee the administration of government related work such as a government licenses, permits and official documents to support company''s operations.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes and practices taking into account leading practices , improvement of business processes , cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
• Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to team goals, and guide team members through periods of change or uncertainty.
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow. Skills & Requirements
• The ideal applicant must have minimum Bachelor’s degree and good command of KSA laws, regulations and government processes.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role.
• Applicants must possess strong systems skills, solid analytical skills, effective oral and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Must be computer literate with good understanding of MS Office.
• Location - Jeddah'' Saudi Arabia.
