Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparation of Job descriptions and effective implementation.
Standard Operating Procedures to be formulated
Development and Implementation of Administrative policies and procedures.
Promotions, Increments, transfers, disciplinary action, terminatio, leaves, final settlements, exit interviews personnel files etc.
Manpower Planning report
Handling End to End Recruitment.
Office Staff On Boarding, Documentations, Employee Files
Daily Attendance and Payroll Management
Computing monthly payroll information to Finance for the disbursement of salary.
Handling Employee Grievances
Coordinating all the employee related aspects with respective department Heads.
Providing monthly reports to Accounts for LMRA, GOSI, ENTRY & EXIT
Meeting the hiring criteria for all required licenses for the company
Ensuring in retaining & replacing the staff with licenses in line with company’s requirement


Candidate Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum 10 to 15 yrs of Proven Working Experience in HR Field
People Oriented and Result Driven
Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of LMRA labor laws, GOSI and HR best practices
Degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field
