Responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll, rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee benefit programs, HR Manager role involves recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for recruitment across all locations and projects, policies and procedures, leaves, attendance, appraisals, organizational structures, accommodation, payroll processing etc.
•Identify staff vacancies, recruit, interview and select applicants.
•Interview candidates via phone, video and in person.
•Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
•Work closely with Accounts a outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims.
•Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
•Conduct induction programs with pre recruitment and post recruitment activities.
•Implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
•Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.
•Managing leave records, employee benefits and claims administration.
•Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
•Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
•Plan, organize, control or coordinate work activities of subordinates and employee relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relation.
•Serve as a link between Management and Employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
•Conduct new employee’s orientation to positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
•Develop strategy for human resources management.
•Report generation of pre appraisal, appraisal and post appraisal closure.
•Arranging employees training, gathering feedback and suggestion.
•Manage all legal requirements for visa procedures.
•Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
•Conducting performance and wage reviews.
