Job description
nsure all employees records and information are doented and virtually stored.
Preparation and finalisation of payroll for 200+ employees
Ensuring Statutory Compliances are met and constant followup on new requirements
Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and co-ordinating it with other line managers.
Co-ordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.
Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
Establishing a proper organizational structure and maintaining the organisational chart as per growing company structure.
Developing and implementing disciplinary policies, employee welfare policies and Reward and Recognition Programme in tandem with the company’s objectives.
Preparation of employees leave schedule and sanctioning of approval for the same.
Computation of full and final settlement of employees in event of final exit and leave settlements.
Preparation of the departmental budgets and financial requirements and liaison with the finance department for timely payments.
Handling grievances amongst employees with providing effective solution
Responsible for housekeeping and pantry and stationary supplies and respective vendor management
Oversee sub departments operations of Reception, Transportation & Maintenance of vehicles, Security and Canteen.
Developing training strategies and plans and training objectives
Analyzing operational reports and carrying out discussions to understand training needs.
Establishing and periodically reviewing the methods for monitoring effectiveness of training and learning program.
Overseeing the safety training progress of new employees.
Responsible for maintaining all departmental operation records for audit and quality purposes and responsible for audits and auditing other departments to monitor conformities and non conformities and good practices. As per ISO 9001, 14001 & OSHAH 18001
