Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR ,Operation Policy and Compliance Manager to develop and implement comprehensive internal policies, KPIs, and incentive schemes for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to ensure organizational effectiveness, enhance employee performance, and foster a productive work environment. The role requires fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities
1. Policy Development:
- Develop and doent company policies and procedures across various departments.
- Ensure policies comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.

2. Performance Management:
- Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department to measure and drive performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to align KPIs with organizational goals.

3. Compensation and Incentives:
- Create and implement a commission and incentive scheme that aligns with company objectives and motivates employees.
- Develop terms and conditions for compensation plans and ensure they are clearly communicated.

4. Implementation and Training:
- Roll out new policies and procedures, providing training and support to employees.
- Monitor adherence to policies and recommend adjustments as needed.

5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports on policy effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
