DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
On time recruitment of staff who meet the required competencies and work experiences in coordination with the Head of Department (HOD); ensuring compliance with the recruitment procedures and using appropriate evaluation tools.
Arrangement and coordination of all matters relating to the joining of new employees; travel ticket, accommodation, uniform, office arrangement, etc.
Ensure availability of suitable staff from various Manpower Contracting Companies.
Organize the inducti and basic training program for newly hired employees in coordination with the concerned Head of the Department.
Ensure to conduct training as outlined in the Annual Training and Development Plan.
Conduct surveys to determine the effectiveness of trainings attended by employees to spot loop holes and thus bring improvement to the training program.
Ensure implementation of learning by the trained employees through the training action pl format.
Assist the HOD in the strict and consistent enforcement of security policies and procedures to ensure the securi of the company premises.
Assist the HOD in the implementation of HRD progra geared towards improving employee morale, and commitment and obtain maximum employee efficien.
Female; 25-35 years old
Degree in Human Resource Manageme or Business Administration
Filipino, Indian, Sri Lankan
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Experience in training design and execution
Experience in end-to-end recruitment
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
