The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including HR policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, compensation and benefits administration, and end-of-service settlements. The candidate will also support HR reporting and system management, with Odoo ERP experience considered an advantage. Strong understanding of Kuwait Labour Law is essential.
