Our company looking for an enthusiastic inside sales consultant to advise and guide clients about their overseas options. You'll need to sell visa and immigration services.
· Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Malayalam, Urdu, Tagalog, Swahili,)
Preferably Females
· Knowledge about the Schengen visa, Work Visa and Residence Permit Applications, to Canada, New Zealand and European Countries,
· Handling client queries over the phone, email, and during Meetings
· Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regard to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.
· Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
· Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as is needed.
· Required: Sales / Tele sales / Customer Service / Immigration Experience / Freshers
The ideal candidate must have:
Moral Ethics & Polite Behavior.
Team Work Spirit Under Guidance Of Team Leader.
· Should have prior experience in sales of travel and immigration services, freshers can apply too.
· Minimum High School
· To proactively carrying out proposing immigration solutions, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs
· To provide the information of the Company Service to the Walk-ins & clients
· To successfully explain and promote related opportunities for clients.
· Responsible for reaching the set goa on a monthly basis
· Planning sales activities according to the targets & requirements.
· Understand their needs and advice on the best option available to them.
· Ensure continuous follow-up and address all the customers' concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED3,000 - AED 4500 per month
