We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and results-driven Immigration Consultant to assist clients with immigration and visa applications. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on immigration procedures, assess client eligibility, prepare doentation, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
## Key Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility.
* Provide accurate advice on visa categories, work permits, residency, and citizenship applications.
* Assist clients in preparing and reviewing immigration doents and application forms.
* Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
* Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
* Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and relevant agencies when required.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
* Follow up with clients regarding application status and additional doentation.
* Meet individual and team performance targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.
## Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting or visa processing.
* Strong knowledge of immigration procedures and doentation requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client cases.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog, or Arabic are an advantage.
