Job Requirements
- Serve as liaison between regional offices and headquarters
- Provide day to day support to regional offices on ERP challenges & bugs
- Determine requirements for customization or new implementation
- Maintenance and security of servers
- Relationship & commercial agreement management with the ERP vendor
- Workflow and process improvement at the organisation level
- Weekly reporting to the company's digital technology head
- Development and maintanence of company dashboards, business analytics & insight on underlying businesses
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Deep familiarity with DynamicsNAV, Dynamics365 or other Microsoft based enterprise products
- SQL Server Management
- Web Hosting & Networking
- Familiarity with PowerBI or other analytics & dashboard package
