Experience in ERP and POS Administration (Desired)
Knowledge in Crystal Report or .Net Report (Added Advantage)
SQL Scripting and SQL Server Administration (Added Advantage)
Windows Server Administration Computer hardware and Network troubleshooting (Required)
Provides hekpdesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visit.
Administer network and data security including directory, group policy,firewalls, virus protection and email security.
Monitor servers, L and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverage.
Perform date backups to ensure all company-owned work is saved.
Install and update network system improvements.
Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment and software and hardware.
Oversee troubleshooting for system errors.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in an information technology role
Experience working with network and server management support.
Experience in retail and wholesale preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
