Job Opportunity: 3D Visualizer - Interior Design
Are you a highly skilled 3D Visualizer with a passion for interior design? We're seeking a professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai!
What You'll Bring:
Expertise in 3D Modeling using 3D Studio Max and Corona rendering.
Proficiency in post-production using Photoshop.
Familiarity with motion graphics and editing software like After Effects.
Knowledge of VR | AR applications such as UNREAL ENGINE is a significant plus.
Experience in 3D Visualization for a minimum of 5 years, with 4 years of experience in 3ds Max and Corona.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Create life-like 3D Renders and Artistic visuals for interior designs and fit-outs.
Assist with planning decisions and modify renders based on requirements.
Produce high-quality 3D perspectives and photo-realistic renderings.
Collaborate with designers to solve design challenges.
Construct Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations.
Provide pre-design services and layout designs as per client's requirements.
Manage the development of designs, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Participate in project meetings and client presentations.
Support site teams with detailed drawings and follow-up for smooth work progress.
Salary: 350-450 OMR
