Responsible for ideation , conceptualization and the preparation of concept narrative, mood boards and material boards
Responsible for design development
Creating 3D models and renders for the projects
Organize the work efforts of the allocated projects on a day-to-day basis and function as the primary facilitator of communication with the client and other members of the project team.
Expertise in layout, colors, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design projects
Excellent portfolio of previous work
Communication, presentation, and project management skills
