We are seeking a highly creative and talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their requirements and preferences.
Create authority submission drawings, shop drawings, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D max, Lumion, photoshop).
Prepare detailed BOQ.
Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the design.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and furnishings.
Supervise the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and digital presentations.
Provide design solutions and recommendations to clients, addressing any concerns or adjustments.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other doentation.
Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and project review sessions.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during project execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Interior designer: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driving licence (Preferred)
