We are seeking a talented and creative MALE Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with contractors to develop specifications, determine project costs, and ensure that work is completed to the highest standard. Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design tailored interior spaces according to client requirements.
Collaborate directly with clients to determine project scope and budget.
Conduct site visits to capture measurements and gather information for designs.
Develop detailed designs, 3D models, and presentations for client approval.
Select and specify materials, furnishings, and lighting to fit design criteria.
Work closely with contractors to ensure design execution.
Create comprehensive project timelines and oversee their implementation in the field.
Review and approve samples, shop drawings, and other design specifications.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard guidelines during project execution.
Manage client relationships and communicate regularly about design updates.
Seek feedback from clients to improve designs and update future projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
Minimum of three years of experience in interior design or similar roles.
Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of color theory, material use, and space planning.
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Creativity and detail-oriented mindset with a knack for innovative solutions.
Proven ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
