A reputable organization in Dubai is seeking candidates for Inventory Controller (Assistant Level) and Teaching Assistant roles. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting inventory operations or assisting teachers with classroom activities, ensuring smooth operational and educational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Controller (Assistant Level):
Maintain accurate inventory records of educational or operational supplies
Assist in stocktaking, receiving, and dispatching materials
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
Support inventory audits and doentation
Ensure proper storage and handling of items
Coordinate with suppliers and other departments
Teaching Assistant:
Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing students
Support students with learning tasks and activities
Prepare teaching materials and classroom setups
Supervise students during breaks and school activities
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in inventory control, teaching assistance, or related roles preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
