IT Administrator
ACTS Qatar is currently looking to hire an IT admin with the following qualification
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing and maintaining all Windows systems, security, and system configurations.
• Assist with the design, documentation, and implementation of all system changes affecting the delivery of IT services.
• Developing SQL reporting service
• Taking ownership of users’ issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve the system issues
• Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of systems
Candidate must be available in Qatar with the required NOC paperwork to transfer his sponsorship

Desired Skills & Experience
SKILLS •The ideal candidate should have a minimum 5+ years of experience in an IT environment with a demonstrated background in Systems Engineering, Administration including design, transition, and operatio of IT services • knowledge in Virtualization Platforms (Hyper-V), Database Platforms (MS SQL, MySQL, Cloud DBs)
